Friday Fun Stuff...

If you haven't had a chance to visit Sarabeth at the DCRU DT BLOG then now is your chance. She has put together a very pretty tutorial for us. Stop by here and learn how to make your very own flowers great for any project.

As I mentioned earlier in the week, I'm getting ready for my annual event with Mom...Craftoberfest 2009 Spa-tacular Event. We are really looking forward to this. I'm super excited about teaching our card making class on World Card Making Day. If you would like to join in the fun, please feel free to make a card and post a link to it here so we can all take a peek. And...if you are wondering what to do with any cards that you have made...don't forget about MACS. Make A Child Smile. They could use cards for all of those little children who are ill with serious and terminal conditions. If you go to the site please click on the Angel List, these are the children in critical need of your kindness.

Finally...one last shout out for my friend Claudia at DCRU. Copics...Copics...Copics...THE LAST COPIC SALE OF THE YEAR IS STARTING THIS WEEKEND. $2.99 FOR COPICS!!! Nope, not a type-o...not a joke...she really is selling them at the rock-bottom price of only $2.99. The sale runs from October 3rd through October 10th. Stop in and get them while you can. This price is only good until the Copics are gone...no rain checks.

Speaking of rain...we had some wonderful rain storms here last night. Love the sound of rain and the rolling thunder. Hoping it stays relatively dry tomorrow for our event. I'd hate for people to have to cart all of their crafting items through the rain.

Whatever you find yourself into this weekend, please enjoy and be safe.

Keep those hands busy!

Smiles!
Gwen
