Okay all you creative souls with little ones who get so jealous because Mommy is too busy to spend time with them because she is always crafting...I've got something JUST for you (and your little ones). Diane, one of our Design Team Members at DCRU has the neatest little tutorial on making "bubble paper". This looks so cute on your cards or other projects. (I'm not certain about using it for archival projects.)
