Wow Wednesday...

Today I'm going to finish up a project that I'm making for someone special. Then, I've got to put my product highlight together for DCRU...you'll have to stop by tomorrow to find out what it is. I've also got to get my machine out and jot down it's serial number so that I can send off for a free CD full of digi art that I can embroider. (Thank you Mom for taking care of that for me.) I've got drawers to organize and all kinds of messes to clean up. It just never ends with the kids constantly exploring and destroying...

Hope to be in bed at a decent hour but...I may stay up for a wee little while to read while the girls sleep. I just started the Twilight book and want to finish it so I can move on to New Moon. Anna wants to go to the opening night of the movie when it comes out. I might just have to indulge her on that one...it isn't too unreasonable to manage. We have a couple of other people lined up to go too, Moms and their teens, so it could be a lot of fun.

Well, the monkeys are calling...

Until next time...keep those hands busy!

Wow Wednesday...

Over at the DCRU DT Blog, I posted a little comment about laundry and running some errands. Fun errands...got to go to the scrapbook store and exchange some things. Now I've got some fun stuff that I'll use and new stuff that I've never tried. Could make for some pretty projects in the future.

When I got home, my post man had delivered a package for me all the way from Scottland UK. My Sugar Nellie Stamps! Oh yes, four new stamps. Three are from the Gorjuss Girl line and one is a Daisy. I just love these! I'm so uber excited to ink them up and make something fun.

I had yet another suprise in my email today too. Can't say what though...it is something that will be released soon. I get to play with it ahead of time and come up with something especially interesting. I'm playing with an idea that I hope everyone will love.

On a similar note: I was looking at my rolodex today. Sad little black frame and bland white cards. It needs a makeover. I will be happy to share with you all the details of what I do and instructions on how to do it. Maybe not until next week...it will take a little time.

Well, I've been promised some TLC from my girls and I think I'm going to take them up on some cuddle time. Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday.

Until my next post...keep your hands busy!

Wow Wednesday...

Let me first of all apologize for not keeping up with my blog. I've been feeling very much under the weather this past week. I'm still not quite myself but I'm starting to get there.

There will be a winner announced for the Baby RAK, later today. (Hint...if you guessed one baby...you are in the running for the RAK.)

DCRU News: We had a very valuable member, Diane, step down yesterday. We will all miss her and wish her the very best. Diane is a very talented papercrafter, please visit her at her blog. You will be no less than amazed at her beautiful card creations.

With an opening on our team, Claudia and Sammye Jo had to find a new DT Member to add to our group. Please help us welcome, Sarabeth to the DCRU DT Group by visiting her blog. We all look forward to getting to know Sarabeth.

Have a wonderful day and keep those hands busy.

WoW Wednesday...

Today I'm going to be busy trying to get over this crazy sinus cold. Man! I'm tired of sneezing! I have my first tutorial for DCRU to finish and post...I'm getting excited about this one. There may be a package or two in my mail today...fun stuff to play with. Need to work on some lesson plans for the upcoming week with my little ones. So, happy to have my curriculum book now. It is going to make things so much easier. Aside from that I've got lots of housework begging to be done. Just another typical day in the life of me.

And finally...the winner of the Queen of Clutter Grab Bag is...Diane! She guessed right, when she posted that the Cropper Hoppers were my choice. (They might be in my mail today.) So, Diane, send me an email with your address and I'll send you out your very own grab bag of goodies.

Smiles!
